Hah! The marks on the top of the shark are such an effective shorthand for the pattern of light underwater!

Your use of loose lines for the reflections is amazing. So simple but at the same time so in tune with everything. The whole painting is great- but those lines just kinda blew me away.

I have to say, when I saw the thumbnails for this and the first Shark I actually thought they were photographs.  I was honestly surprised to see they weren't.
