That's... really creepy. I like the way that lamp is the only source of light, creating a dark atmosphere. The light and shadows are really well done, especially on the chair and lamp. I also like the detail of the painting and the way the entire room shows signs of decay.
Dolls always make me uncomfortable, particularly those older porcelain dolls with their dead glass eyes. One day I hope to visit la Isla de la Munecas just for the creepy factor.
Where I live, some residents place old china dolls and ornaments at their window, sounds normal, but they place them looking outside the window. It's horrific at night when you walk past those houses and knowing that a pair of cracked, glass eyes are watching you go by. Among the crisp silence of the night broken only by the sound of your own footsteps, I'm certain I hear the eyes turn. Joke (well the second part is) Great drawing anyway
I'm sure if you treat the dolls nicely and you never abandon them (once you get too old to play with them, sit them on selves in the halls so they can see all the commings and goings; also talk to them once in awhile. Then when you have kids and they reach the proper age, the dolls will be played with again) they won't hurt you.
